IPANZ has started a new mentoring initiative for our early career pharmacists. If you’re a pharmacist with less than 10 years of experience, this is for YOU!
This mentoring initiative aims to connect experienced pharmacists with aspiring professionals to provide guidance, advice, and encouragement as they navigate their careers. Mentors will serve as trusted advisors, offering insights, advice, and support to help mentees develop their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their professional aspirations.
Currently, we have Clare Hynd as our volunteer mentor. Clare is a retired pharmacist with a burning passion for pharmacy. She has worn many hats throughout her pharmacy career – pharmacy owner, hospital pharmacist, Vice President of PSNZ, Chair at MidCentral Community Pharmacy Group, Board trustee of Central PHO and Pharmacy Project Facilitator MidCentral Community Pharmacy Group.
